Family? Share the list in Apple Notes, free
Everything is included
- Talk it out: one action per thing you said, with the small jobs as steps
- Times straight onto Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, with an alert and Undo
- A running record in Apple Notes, and a shared list the whole family can shop from
- Check things off and edit actions by voice
- Categories in your own colours, repeats and separate lists
- Private: speech and sorting happen on your iPhone. No account, nothing collected
Turning speech into actions uses Apple Intelligence: iPhone 15 Pro or newer.
Why this way
A to-do list shouldn't cost you every month.
Most voice to-do apps are free to download and then charge a subscription, because they send what you say to their servers to sort it. Vector Actions does the sorting on your iPhone, so there's no server to pay for and no reason to charge you again.
Vector Actions
- $4.99, once
- Sorted on your iPhone
- No account
- Your calendar, your Notes
A typical subscription app
- Free, then every month
- Your voice sent to a server
- An account to sign in to
- Another place to keep your lists
The details
Is it really one payment?
Yes. $4.99 through the App Store, once. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription.
Can my family use it without buying it again?
Send your list to Apple Notes and share that note from Notes. Everyone you share it with sees the same list, live, on their own iPhone, without buying anything. If they want to talk their own lists in, they'll need their own copy. Apple's Family Sharing for purchases may also cover your household, depending on how your family is set up.
Which iPhones does it work on?
iOS 26. Turning speech into actions uses Apple Intelligence, so it needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on. On other iPhones a recording is kept as one action and everything else works.
