Walk an area against your checklist, alone or as a team. Photograph what you find and pin it on the area's map, so the next person can find it without asking.

02 · OWN

Give it an owner

Every finding becomes an item with one owner and a due date, inside your company or at a contractor. Overdue work stands out on everyone's dashboard.

03 · FIX

Show the fix

The owner adds notes and photographs as the work moves, then asks for it to be checked.

04 · VERIFY

Prove it's closed

Someone else verifies and closes it. One tap makes a PDF evidence pack: before, after, who, when, and where.

A record no one can quietly rewrite

Findings, photographs, notes and closures are written into a chained history: every entry carries a fingerprint of the one before it, and the latest fingerprint is timestamped by an independent authority. Change anything after the fact and the chain shows it. Each evidence pack says whether the record checked out when it was made.

Notes can't be edited or deleted. Withdrawn photographs stay on the record as withdrawn.
A submitted walk is fixed; follow-up happens on the items it raised.
When an owner verifies their own fix, the record says so.
