VectorXPro makes Vector Operations ("Vector"), an iPhone app that organizations use to record problems at their sites, assign them, and prove they were fixed. This policy explains what information Vector handles, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@vectorxpro.com.
Who controls your information
Vector is used by organizations, such as your employer. Your organization invites you, decides what is recorded, and controls its records. VectorXPro stores and processes that information on your organization's behalf. For questions about your organization's records, you can also ask its Vector administrator.
What Vector collects

Vector uses the camera and photo library only when you choose to take or attach a photograph. Vector has no advertising, sells no information, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase hosts Vector's database, sign-in and file storage, in the United States.
- Resend delivers Vector's emails: invitations, password resets and assignment notices.
- Apple Maps looks up a site's address to show it on a map.
- Timestamp authorities (DigiCert, and FreeTSA as a backup) receive only a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of your organization's record, never its contents, and sign the time they saw it. This is what lets anyone check later that the record has not been changed.
How long it's kept, and why some of it can't be edited
Vector is built so that an organization's record can be trusted: notes cannot be edited, a submitted walk is fixed, and withdrawn evidence stays on the record marked as withdrawn. Records are kept for as long as your organization uses Vector. When an organization closes its account, its records and files are deleted in accordance with applicable law. VectorXPro does not keep an organization's records for it after closing, so an organization should save what it needs first, for example its evidence packs.
Your choices
- See or correct your details: your name and job title are shown in the app; ask your administrator or us to correct them.
- Delete your account: email support@vectorxpro.com from the address you sign in with. We remove your sign-in and your personal details. Work records you took part in belong to your organization; in them your name may be kept so the record stays true, unless your organization asks otherwise.
- Emails: invitation and assignment emails are part of the service. Your administrator controls whether owners are notified.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Each organization's records are kept separate, and the database decides who may see and change what. Photographs are stored privately and shown only to people in your organization.
Children
Vector is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
