What becomes a step

Things you tie to a bigger job become steps under it. “Meeting at 7, I need to talk to Tom and unload the truck first” is one action, Meeting, with two steps. Everything else stays its own action: separate jobs are never bundled together just because you said them in the same breath.

Working with steps

1. 1Tick a step straight on the card.
2. 2The counter beside the title, like 1/2, shows how far along it is.
3. 3Tap the action's title for the full screen: add, rename, reorder or delete steps.
4. 4To add one, type it and tap Add, or press return.

Pull a step out

If two things ended up together that don't belong together, open the action and swipe the step to the right. It becomes an action of its own, with its own date and steps.
