Closing Things Out

Done, Undo, Reopen — and the only thing that deletes.

Close an action

  1. 1Tap the circle on the left of the card, or swipe the card left and tap Done.
  2. 2It drops into the Done section at the bottom of the list.
  3. 3Undo sits at the foot of the screen for a few seconds.

Closing never deletes. If an action still has unticked steps, it says so before closing.

Bring one back

Swipe anything in Done and tap Reopen, or tap the green tick beside it. It goes back to the open list exactly as it was.

Clearing Done

Clear, in the Done header, deletes those closed actions for good. It asks first, and it never touches anything still open.

Anything already on your calendar stays in your calendar, whatever you clear here.
