Group the same kind of thing; bring back what comes round again.
Categories
Say what kind of thing it is and the action is tagged with it. When a list has more than one category, a row appears under the box: tap one to see only those, tap All to come back.
That's a meeting.
This is for homework.
Put it under AP.
Each category has its own colour, on the card and in the filter row. Say “meeting” and “Meetings” on different days and they're still one category.
Repeats
Say that something happens again and again and it repeats. Close it, and the next one appears straight away with its steps unticked — on your calendar too, if that's where it was.
Safety walk every Monday.
Check the oil daily.
Payroll every other week.
Setting it by hand
1Tap the action's title.
2Tap Category and pick one, or tap New Category.
3Choose how often it repeats: every day, weekday, week, other week, month or year.
The bar at the bottom tells you when the next one is due as soon as you close a repeating action.
Managing categories
1Open Settings, then Categories.
2Tap one to rename it or change its colour. Every action in it follows.
3Tap Edit and drag to change the order of the filter row.
4Swipe one to remove it. Its actions stay, without a category.
