A running record of what's open and what got done.
Vector Actions catches things fast so you don't forget them. Notes keeps the record: send your list after you talk, add it to one running note, and you can look back over the weeks at what was open and what got done.
Apple lets apps hand things to Notes only through this panel, so you always see and choose where it goes.
Open an action and tap its share button to send just that one. On the Lists tab, press and hold a list to send it. The same panel sends to Messages, Mail or anywhere else too.
The list's name, the date and time, a line like “5 open · 1 overdue · 3 done today”, then every open action with its time, category and steps, then what's done with the day it closed.
Don't want the offer after every recording? Settings, then turn off Offer Send to Notes after talking.
In Notes, open your Vector Actions note, tap the share button and invite people. Everyone sees the same note, live, so a household can shop one grocery list together. To get tick boxes in Notes, select the items and tap the checklist button.
