1Tap the big round button. It turns red and pulses while it listens.
2Talk. Rambling is fine; “um” and “you know” are thrown away.
3Tap it again when you're done.
4Wait a moment while it sorts what you said into actions.
It's built for driving: one tap to start, one to stop, nothing to aim at.
Say it like you'd say it to a person
I've got the production meeting at 7. Before that I need to talk to Tom and unload the truck.
Call the dentist tomorrow and pick up the parts on Friday.
Safety walk every Monday at 8, that's a meeting.
What it listens for
Times and days (“at 7”, “tomorrow at 3”, “by Friday”), things that belong to a bigger job (“before that”, “first I have to”), what kind of thing it is (“that's a meeting”), whether it repeats (“every Monday”), and the name of the list (“this is Tuesday morning's list”).
If it didn't catch anything
It tells you, and nothing is added. Road and shop noise is the usual cause; hold the phone a little closer and go again.
Your voice is turned into text on the phone itself. No recording is kept and nothing is uploaded.
