What you owe, who's waiting on you, and what you're waiting on.
The card at the top picks the three most urgent things: work waiting for your signature, work sent back to you, answers you owe, decisions on your requests, work that's running late and isn't flagged yet, and work whose inputs are ready to start.
Needs my signature: submitted work you sign Complete or Reviewed. Sent back to me: your work that needs a new version. Needs my acceptance: requests waiting for your answer. Asked to deliver earlier: someone needs your existing work before the date you promised. Needs my decision: your requests that came back with a date, a question or a no. I owe: your committed work, soonest first. Waiting on me and I'm waiting on: the handoffs on either side of your work. Recently done: verified in the last two weeks.
Promises kept is the share of verified work on your projects that was finished by the date its owner was held to. Date conflicts counts links where the work needed will arrive after its Date A.
