Signing in, your invitation, reload, and signing out.

One Vector account

Vector Engineer uses the same Vector account as the other Vector apps. Sign in on the web at vectorxpro.com/engineer/app, or in the iPhone and iPad app.

Accept an invitation

  1. 1Open the newest invitation email from notifications@vectorxpro.com.
  2. 2Tap “Choose your password”. It opens a page on the web; nothing is used up yet.
  3. 3Type a password of at least 8 characters twice, and press “Accept and choose password”.

The link works once, within 24 hours, and sending it again cancels the earlier email. If it has expired, ask your admin to send it again.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen of the iPhone or iPad app, tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the email. You can't reset it from the website yet.

Settings, reload and sign out

Settings shows who you're signed in as, your company and your roles, with “Reload from Vector” and “Sign Out”. On the web it opens from your name at the bottom left; on iPhone it's the Settings tab, which also holds this Help Center. When a new version of the web app is released, a bar says “A new version of Vector Engineer is ready.” Press “Reload”.
