Changing your password

Sign out, then tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and follow the email.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account: Settings → Delete My Account. You're asked for your password first, because it can't be undone.

1. 1Open Settings and tap Delete My Account.
2. 2Read what goes and what stays.
3. 3Type your password and tap Delete My Account, then confirm.

What is deleted, and what stays

Deleted: your sign-in and password, your email address, your job title, the sites you could see, and any unused invitation to your address. You can't sign in again. Kept: your NAME on the walks you led and the findings you flagged. A submitted walk can't be edited by anyone, including us — that's what makes an evidence pack worth something to an outside auditor. Items you still own stay with your organization, each with a note saying it needs a new owner.
